Imagine we try to figure out the best way to learn anything, the first question you might ask yourself is :

How do we learn anything ?

In order to understand that, we have to understand what is learning in the first place.

What is learning ?

And in order to understand that, you have to understand what is knowledge and what are skills.

What is knowledge ? What are skills ?

Both are the theoretical and practical understanding sides of a subject.

Those definitions are not widely accepted as knowledge is difficult to define and can be considered as a skill. But for the purpose of the exercise, let’s assume those definitions are accurate.

Ok so if we keep up, our initial question of what is the best way to learn becomes really :

What is the best way to acquire facts and information about a subject and then turn them into actual skills ?

From now on, you can see that learning anything is a system.
